Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful Stay!
We truly enjoyed our stay in the Treetops Cabin! The views were breathtaking and the cabin felt very private, even though there were other cabins on the same road! We loved having 2 bathrooms and a living area that was separate from the bedroom. We really enjoyed the hot tub and used it daily! We hope to be able to stay at Treetops again in the future!

Awesome Place To Stay!
My boyfriend and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! The cabin was super clean and so adorable! Everything listed is what you get. The only “complaint” (if you even want to call it that) is that we couldn’t turn the AC below 70. While we were there it was over 100 degrees outside! So while it was manageable it did making sleeping a little difficult as I can’t sleep when I’m hot! Plus I like my house like an ice box! So again, just my opinion. But overall, would definitely recommend this place and if I ever return to Gatlinburg, I am looking for another place with Elk Springs to stay!

I love the cabin at Elk Springs Resort (tree tops) it was so cozy, clean, and relaxing. We did not want to leave!!!
