Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Perfect Getaway
We stopped here on our way back to Illinois from Myrtle Beach and spent two nights here. It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful . The host was fast responding And helpful. We will definitely be back in the future!

GREAT PALCE TO RELAX AND GET AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF THE CITY
Peaceful Weekend Getaway
Went on a mom & daughter trip to the mountains & had an amazing stay in this cabin. There were 2 floors, one with a king sized bed + pool table and one with a pull out + kitchen. Both had balcony views, one with rocking chairs & a grill and the other had a hot tub & swing bench. The views from this cabin were spectacular! We enjoyed the quietness & privacy of this beautiful mountain cabin! Would definitely recommend!

20th Anniversary Trip At Tree Tops Cabin
Walking in and soaking up the beauty of the cabin and a quick trip to the top deck to see the beautiful views reassured us that we made the right choice of cabins. Very clean, when we had a question on whirlpool startup, we communicated via text and got a quick response. We came for the nature, not the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, so only spent a few hours waiting for check-in time. We hired a private chef to come in and prepare a delicious dinner. We highly recommend Food Fire Knives for their menu and chef options. If you venture out for a nice dinner, Cherokee Grill did not disappoint, and celebrated our anniversary with exceptional service. Our only recommendation for improvement would be a box of tissue in each bathroom. Even hotels have this now. If seclusion is what you are looking for, this location, with the mountain views, and trees to left and right, works out perfectly.

The only problem I had was it’s further away from town than I realized and made for a 40 min trip just to get into town. Other than that, the views were amazing, the cabin was clean, and the cabins location provided a nice peaceful vacation. Over I would recommend this cabin!
