Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.
We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Cabin With A View!
We booked this cabin for a quiet stay in the Smokies and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The cabin has an amazing view, was very clean and has the best stocked kitchen we have ever encountered. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were outstanding from the deck furniture and grill to the comfy sofa to the hot tub. If you’re not into the craziness or the lack of quality restaurants in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, this place is the place! It’s only about 15 minutes from town and anything you need. We loved our stay.
Beautiful View
This was my first time visiting with my fiancé and the cabin was very nice and clean. The view was beautiful from the back deck. My only concern with the property was how steep the driveway was and it was not a flat surface. I would definitely visit the area again and book with the same company and we had a broken toilet seat when we arrived and maintenance was on it quick to get it fixed for us.

Stunning property and view! Loved the pool table and hot tub! We used the grill a lot and the upper deck, even got to see bear family walk through! We will definitely be back loved the close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg! My only recommendation is we wished there was an extra blanket for the bed the quilt was thin and wish we would get a quick text letting us know the day the lawn maintenance crew would be coming, we were in the deck about to get in the hot tub and they came around 5 pm which got grass clippings on the deck and was loud so we needed to wait. We understand yard maintenance is necessary we just wish we could have been told what day so we could make our plans around it.

First Trip To Gatlinburg
Came for our 24th anniversary for a week. First time here. Cabin was 100% perfect. Wife loved the location, the views and especially the hot tub! There’s plenty to do in the area. It’s far enough away from everything but close enough to stores if need be. Will definitely come back again! 10/10 recommend
Birthday Weekend Perfection
This cabin was comfortable and located in a great spot! We were not bored at all during our stay- we made use of all the amenities and ate some good food that we made in the well stocked kitchen. Right up the road there were two local restaurants - Trish’s Diner and Joe Pops- both were friendly, delicious, had zero wait time, and were priced more than fairly. We can’t wait to come back and stay again! We did call maintenance for a plumbing problem. They came right out and fixed it and were very accommodating in doing so. Everyone we dealt with was amazing and made us feel special.
