"I rented this cabin for a 2 couple vacation. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and listening to the backyard creek is so relaxing. The game room was the highlight of the cabin, and it was extremely easy to hook up any game console to the projector. Playing Wii sports on a big screen is awesome. The showers were incredible, the hot tub worked great, cannot say a bad thing about the rental!"

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Amazing Cabin

Talking Waters
Talking Waters is a beautiful 1 level 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin. We enjoyed our stay but had a few concerns. In the first bedroom bathroom when a hairdryer was plugged in running a fuse would blow. This happened more than once. Also there were times the light would blink. Beds were somewhat hard and furniture in living room sat low to the floor.

We loved the cabin. We've been staying a weekIt was it a great location, I usually prefer a more secluded cabin, but the area was quiet and peaceful. The game room/theater room was great. And being creekside is always a favorite. Hearing the creek at night and in the mornings?? That sound will never get old.
Talking Waters
This was our first time with elk spring resort. And the over all experience was wonderful. We loved the location and the cabin was clean and beautiful. And when we did have an issue they were out asap and beyond nice and helpful. Only complaint was the beds were not as comfortable as I would like other than I give it a super review. I would stay here again and planning our next vacation with elk springs already.
A Great Place To Stay
The cabin was very clean and everything worked as described. The property company was very quick when I did have questions to respond and were very helpful and professional. I would absolutely stay here on my next visit to Gatlinburg.

Was an absolutely beautiful cabin. Just lacked having many amenities on site would need the buy many things that cook at the house.
