Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Better Than I Could Have Imagined!!
The Moonstruck Cabin was AMAZING & was more impressive in person than even the pictures on their website. It was very clean, GREAT location, mountain views off the upper balcony. Did NOT dissapoint AT ALL!! I even got locked out (due to my error) at 11pm & called & texted the customer service line & they got me into the cabin in a matter of minutes. They were SUPER helpful & I would HIGHLY recommend staying here or ANY of their properties. BEST AirBNB I've EVER stayed in!!
25th Wedding Anniversary Get Away
The weather was cool, but we enjoyed the drives thru the mountains, we also saw two black bears along the way, it was nice to see them from a safe distance. The cabin was nice and cozy, we enjoyed the hot tub, and the views from our balcony. We enjoyed Dollywood and Trish’s restaurant. We hope to comeback again sometime.
Great Cabin
We loved this little cabin. It was perfect for our getaway. The cabin was easy to get to, in a nice location and clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!
Was A Wonderful View Regardless Of Cabin
Extremely dusty all over tv stands n above cabins also under the Night stands and the tub had dust balls n just dirty. The shower had a urine laying by the drain like nobody washed it or nothing. And this cabin was cleaned before my arrival. They need to hire legit cleaning ppl.
