Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Simply Divine!!!
My family and I stayed in the Forever Young Cabin for Thanksgiving! Every thing from start to beginning was absolutely phenomenal! The staff was top tier! Customer Service was 10 out of 10! Elk sent updates by text every step of the way! They sent accurate directions, check-in was smooth and easy! Elk’s staff was always available to assist! The cabin was immaculate! Simply breathtaking! I am officially a lifelong member of the Elk family and plan on staying every year from now on! Thank you Elk family you really exceeded my expectations! Simply the BEST!
Our Stay
The place was great, very few issues,the first was everything was sent via email or need of phone service. Trying to get your door code with no service is impossible while this is not elk springs fault having it earlier would of solved this to get the code and wi fi. 2nd very few screens on windows. While we booked in the fall we would of like fresh air! 3rd the grill flames were bad, by this i mean it needs replaced to cook food properly. While I've owned a weber grill and they are great they also have lifetime warranty on there grills. The views were stunning kitchen was nice along with the setup of everything. We will be back for sure.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately. The property management team was very professional and willing to help. We will definitely stay here again upon our next visit.

The cabin is as fantastic as the pictures show! It is super clean, full of fun, and spacious with amazing views from all 3 decks. I would definitely go back. Great place to relax!
