Play a game of pool or air hockey in the downstairs game room with jukebox or congregate on the middle level with family in the open kitchen dining and living room. Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Weekl-Long Stay During Spring Break 2021 In Southern Comfort
This is quite comfortable cabin for multi-family group. Description matches property, including accessories. Parking space in front of this cabin can park 4 vehicles (we have 3 small SUVs and 1 pickup) without problem. During the stay, we contacted Elksprings for garbage collection, open door (kids played it and locked accidentally) and dishwasher leaking (our mistake), they always reply promptly and send staff shortly.
Some Kids love the hot tub; others enjoyed the home theater system and air hockey. I would say this company has won my trust. Before selecting this cabin and Elkspring, I searched other more renowned cabin agents, they charged a lot of fees and had discrepancies between virtual pictures and actual stuff.
Something that I recommend to improve is better cleaned kitchen (some cabinets’ doors are sticky and oily). Quits and blankets are kind of old. If you sensitive to these, it is recommended to bring your own.
Overall, we had a good stay in Southern Comfort.

Cabin and location was great. Cabin could use more kitchen cookware, such has baking pans, pans, pots, bowls.
Elk S Resort (Southern Comfort)
Our experience was wonderful. There were some bugs, and a lizard in the cabin. The projector did not worked properly (the picture was sideways on the screen). Water was leaking in the downstairs bathroom in the corner. The most our stay was we had a great time. Thank you
Family Vacay In The Mountains
Gatlinburg is such a beautiful place to visit. I loved staying in a cabin up on the mountain side to truly get the feel of being tucked away from the world, especially during this pandemic. I would absolutely return to Elk Springs Resort, definitely for a romantic getaway next time instead of a family vacation. If you want to feel one with nature this is the place to go!

Sitting on one of the four porches/patios, sipping on a cup of tea, listening to nothing but nature was my twice a day experience. The spotless cabin glimmered and shined upon entry to the perfect little cabin in the woods. We created wedding memories for the bride, the groom, and all of us.
