Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Team Stayed
Team stayed during holiday tournament in Sports Complex near by (about 4-5 miles). Cabins were perfect for our group. Lower floor had 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and pullout that sleeps one. Middle area has one bath with bedroom, upper has bedroom with bath connected. Living room area was nice with plenty of room to enjoy. Nice stay -would recommend - and would book again. We also rented cabin beside us Smoky Hideaway which was awesome. Easy walk ( 10-15 feet). The two cabins were great.

We loved our cabin. The location was great. We were able to get to gatlinburg and other tourists attractions in minutes. The cabin was clean. The games and movie theater were great to keep the kid busy.

The property description described the cabin perfectly! Upon arriving the cabin was very clean when beautiful, communication with elk springs resort was great and when we had a question they were quick to answer! We have already talked about renting this cabin again for the next we come. We all absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone!
Beautiful Cabin
The cabin was beautiful. very spacious with plenty of things to do . We did have to purchase a baby gate to help keep toddler in the area we wanted ,there are a lot of stairs ,there was no high chair or pack n play provided like some of the other cabins in the area . This cabin is really for older kids,but other than that we loved it . Clean and well taken care of cabin . Easy drive to either Gatlinburg or Dollywood.
