Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Cabin!
Loved staying here for our honeymoon. Everything was super clean and just as described. We will definetly be booking again with Elk Springs Resort in the future!!
Great Stay
Only problem was looking at Tv.. especially the front room.. please leave instructions on how to operate... since you have 2 remote controls and especially how you get to the cable channels.... It was very confusing to watch tv in the living room.

The TV stuff was a nightmare. Take all that stuff out buy bigger TVs. They are cheap now days like what 200.00 for a 55in tv maybe less.. should be nothing smaller than that in every room. Only need 1 remote not 4 for a tv. Only thing I cant say I did not like was the TVs lol get some that have Netflix and all the stuff we can log into are accounts.
Also wasnt a fan of how it was showing one price and at check out it was a totally different price. All around the place was nice and we enjoy it

My Birthday Tennessee Getaway
The cabin was absolutely adorable, clean, comfy and cozy.
The main thing, I felt could have been better, is the back porch had no cover so it stayed wet the entire time .
So we couldn’t sit out back and enjoy it .
I would highly recommend putting a covering over it from the grill to the hot tub area . Because no one wants to cook on a grill in the rain, or go to the hot tub. In the rain or snow . Just my personal opinion.
But other than that it was absolutely amazing!
