Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Peace On A Mountain Top
My family and I decided to get away for the weekend to try to rest and recharge after a couple of weeks of bad news and some unexected health problems. We had stayed at Elk Springs Resort before so we booked with them again. This time we wanted to stay in all weekend, watch movies, enjoy some college football and relax. The Sunset Chalet was perfect for us! It had a hot tub, sauna, a well equiped game room, and a theater room. The yard was awesome and the views were good. We spent the entire weekend playing games, watching movies, and the best part just talking and being together. The rental was spotless, we had plenty of towels, a nice grill and tons of rocking chairs. I highly recommend Elk Springs Resort for a weekend get away or a week long stay.

We had a wonderful time while staying at the Sunset Chalet. The cabin was large, clean, and well maintained. The location was wonderful. We used the slightly used scenic backroads to travel to Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. Superior communication between the contact person and us. If we had a question or issue their response time was almost immediately. This cabin also had a nice jacuzzi, sauna room, theater room, and a game room. Great cabin and reasonably priced.

Incredible Place To Stay
Everything was as described in the description. The chalet was clean and is well maintained. From the time I booked it, there constant communication from the resort with all the information you would need. A great location and only 10 minutes to everything you would possibly need including some great fun places for the kids. The Aquarium was amazing and we had a great meal at the Alamo Steak House. Can't wait to come back again.
Nice, Big House In Mountains Near Gatlinburg
This is a very nice "cabin" with plenty of room for a large group. Second time we've rented at Elk Springs and the service is very good, with quick response to maintenance. Nice to not feel like you're in Gatlinburg but be minutes away.
Cabin was in generally good condition. Only suggestions would be to better stock the kitchen especially for a large group where we plan to cook quite a bit and add window screens.

Family Vacay
We are regular users of Elk Springs rentals and were happy with this unit; it was a family gathering for our 3 daughters and husbands. Had plenty of room for everyone and the unit provided everything we needed to keep everyone busy with pool, hot tub, golf game, multiple TV's, theatre room, etc. Suggestions: upgrade utensils (forks, spoons, etc.); more towels, more seating in lower level by large TV.
