Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beary Cozy Came With A Bear!
Very peaceful place. Roomy, comfy furniture. Hot tub was perfect. The field below even had a real bear. Getting down to Gatlinburg and the mountains was super easy and a short drive. Grocery store was 5 minutes away. Wish cabin had coat hangers. Also evenings were cool and would have loved to been able to use the fireplace even in May.
Spring Break 2025
Stayed at Beary Cozy cabin for 6 nights. We loved it. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we will be back to stay again soon. The lay out was perfect, living room was big , bedrooms were very nice. We played pool and enjoyed the hot tub! We also seen a bear outside .
Awesome
The cabin was the cleanest cabin I have been in. We go every year to Gatlinburg and this cabin was very clean! The beds were very squicky , but other than that our stay in the cabin was perfect!
Cozy Cabin
Beautiful cabin!! Love how it's on a mountain. Nice view as well. Cabin was very clean and we loved it. We will be back and also we got to be in it during a snow shower an it was Beautiful to see the snow in the mountains.
Early December Getaway
We always stay at Elk Springs when we come to Gatlinburg and have never been disappointed. Our cabin was conveniently located close to downtown, but was secluded enough they we weren’t disturbed by nearby traffic or neighbors. Our cabin was wonderful. We used the hot tub every night and we loved watching it snow from the floor to ceiling windows. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely be back.
Honeymoon Get A Way
Perfect place to celebrate or get a way. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very nice and clean. We experienced a black bear every evening, just outside our cabin. (We never felt affraid) we will definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommend
