Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beary Cozy Getaway
Cabin was clean and great location. We even got to check in to the cabin earlier than anticipated, which was awesome and made our stay so much easier. The beds were nice and comfy. We spent a lot of time on the porch, rocking, relaxing and re-energizing our inner peace. We even saw a bear one day. My only thing is I wish there was outdoor table for sitting and eating. Overall we loved our stay.
We Had An Amazing Time!
My daughter and I spent the week in your Beary Cozy cabin. Everything was clean and in working order. We had some snow and ice but, the roads leading to the cabin were cleared out daily. We love using the hot tub and fireplace. We spent most of our time in Gatlinburg and the cabin was a welcomed place to return to. The management was attentive and did everything they could to make sure our trip went well. I would absolutely recommend Elk Springs to anyone visiting the Gatlinburg area.

Beary Cozy Cabin
The Beary Cozy cabin is very nice, all the amenities of home. We had an issue with the grill being left dirty, however, management was on top of it and had someone come out right away to take care of it. I will say whoever stays in the bedroom upstairs needs to be short! The way the angle is on the ceiling makes it a little difficult for the person on that side of the bed. I'm 5' 2" and I had trouble walking on that side without bending over. The showers had great water pressure and nice and hot! We loved having the fireplace on, made it nice and cozy!
Wonderful Cabin
Perfect, Clean, Great Location. The cabin couldn’t have been any better. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again. The communication with the property manager was the best we’ve ever had.
