Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Early December Getaway
We always stay at Elk Springs when we come to Gatlinburg and have never been disappointed. Our cabin was conveniently located close to downtown, but was secluded enough they we weren’t disturbed by nearby traffic or neighbors. Our cabin was wonderful. We used the hot tub every night and we loved watching it snow from the floor to ceiling windows. We had a very relaxing stay and will definitely be back.
Honeymoon Get A Way
Perfect place to celebrate or get a way. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Cabin was very nice and clean. We experienced a black bear every evening, just outside our cabin. (We never felt affraid) we will definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommend

I'll begin to say that the drive up to the cabin is marvelous, the scenery is breath-taking. The cabin itself is beautifully designed very rustic combined with modern comfort, and it was perfectly clean. It's spacious and and very cozy. It has a gorgeous view of the mountains, the location is the true highlight. The staff were attentive and friendly, they ensured our stay was a comfortable as possible. My stay at the Cabin at Elk Resorts was everything I had hoped for and more. The blend of natural beauty, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service created an unforgettable experience!
