Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Place !
This cabin was perfect for our family of 11 ( 3 families). Each individual family had their own space for getting ready and sleeping which was perfect. The only negative we had, was the hot tub when we arrived was only at 56 degrees ��, so it took an entire day to heat up and we were unable to use it at all the first night ( which wasn’t fun because we were only there for the weekend). I’d recommend having staff check on this prior to arrivals as it’s winter, most people want to be able to enjoy this. But other than this minor inconvenience, everyone in the family said they’d stay here again.
Great Experience!
We had a wonderful week at Mountain Magic! It was a great place to catch up with family. Plenty of space for all of us. Cabin was clean and well decorated! There are cabins close to Mountain Magic but felt secluded with the trees around it. Great location with easy access to Arts&Crafts community, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Staff was very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. The hot tub is by far the cleanest I have seen in a rental cabin. We visit the area several times a year and our standards are high when renting a cabin. We will now be booking with Elk Springs each time. Highly recommend this company!
Wonderful Family Vacation
The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. The listing said it slept 12 (when using the 2 pull-out sofas) and to our surprise there were actually 3. While we only had 12 people, it meant everyone could spread out even more! Overall, the cabin was clean, however the floors did need mopped. They were sticky in some areas and you had to keep shoes on if you didn't want to get your socks/feet dirty. We consistently got texts upon check- in to let us know how we could contact management if there were any issues. And although there were no issues, we appreciated the excellent customer service. At the end of the day, I would recommend this cabin to friends and family and will likely be back to Ell Springs Resort.
Definitely A Cabin To Be At
Great cabin to stay at! A bit uphill but it's not a terrible slope. Cabin was in great condition and I have no complaints about it at all!
Family Vacation
We had a great time! My daughter and son-in-law had been to Gatlinburg before, but my other daughter, son-in-law and their 2 1/2 year son, my wife and I had never been. The cabin was perfect for size and location.
Mountain Magic.......Beautiful!
This cabin was absolutely beautiful! it was very clean and spacious. we were a group of 11 and it fit us very comfortable we even had room for more! The location was great only a few minutes to downtown. Grocery store was nearby. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! Customer service was great they always checked in to make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay with Elk springs again.
