Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Right On The Money
I seen some bad reviews and I can tell you I didn't have a bad experience. Overall, Elk Springs communicated very well and I was pleased with the cabin. They kept me up to date and with the information we needed. The views were not as good as the pics due to the foliage growing over. Cabin was great though for the family. Only issue we had was the freezer door was left open, not a big deal. I dumped the ice and everything worked perfectly.
Perfect Place To Relax
Great, no hassle experience. Property was exactly as described, clean and ready for us when we arrived. Management checked in a few times during our stay via text message to make sure we had no issues. Good location to relax from the hustle and bustle in peace and quiet, yet close enough to all of the major attractions in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again.
50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration At Elk Springs Resort
We recently rented three immaculately clean cottages for multiple families to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary . Silvercreek, Blackjack, and Mountain Laurel. They were all in close proximity... so everyone was able to go back and forth. We had a spectacular time. Close to all of the local attractions, nearby grocery stores. From working with their reservation department making recommendations to best accommodate our group, to staff calling during our stay to ensure our satisfaction, to offering to ship left items after departure. I would highly recommend using this resort as they truly collaborate with you to make your customer experience their priority.
Super Clean!
My family and I had a great experience with this cabin. It was super clean, not too far from either downtown Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge, and we loved the family room sofa!!
