Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Very nice and clean cabin. We had an issue with the dryer and someone was out within the hour to attempt to repair. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

We loved the cabin & how quiet the area was. Property management was great and checked in on us frequently. The only concerns we had were in regards to having no extra trash bags & quality of paper towels/toilet paper wasn’t great. We ended up going out and purchasing all of those things. Other than that, everything was great!
Great Place To Stay
We enjoyed staying at Touch of Class. The rockers and tables outside are good quality. The washer and dryer work well. We love the location. Easy drive to many locations we like to visit. There is a wider view of the mountains. There was a momma bear and two cubs that walked by the cabin. There is a larger cabin beside with outside amenities that interrupt the secluded/wooded type feeling and feel like you are getting pushed out of your own parking area. Enjoyed the surprise from the owners. Very sweet and thoughtful.
