Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.
Traveler Reviews
It Was Okay
It was a good time but there were some faults. The master shower had mold in it which we did clean up, a chair was broken but thankfully we didn’t need it. The property was gorgeous however and checking in and out was a breeze.
Best Weekend Ever
We loved our stay in Chalet D’amour , the place was exactly as you see it in the pictures, actually the place is bigger and has lots of space. The tower shower was amazing. The play room was my son’s favorite part of the cabin, also the hot tub, I would recommend to everyone. The only thing that I don’t liked to much was the roads to get there , it’s a two way little road with to many curves, the town is not to far, but you have to drive slow and with extra careful, so make sure you got all you need in the cabin to avoid additional trips to the town specially at night.
Great Family Getaway
Chalet D'Amour was a great stay for our family. Very well maintained and a great open concept. My kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball the entire time. The location is very close to downtown Gatlinburg which is very convenient. The rain shower was awesome and there's a great view from the hot tub outside. I highly recommend Chalet D'Amour to anyone looking to get away to a comfortable, clean, and fun property.

Everything was great! Have stayed at locations with better views but other than that, one of the best cabins I've ever stayed at!!
Honeymoon Perfection
The place was immaculate! We enjoyed everything about our cabin! The hot tub and shower were amazing. The location was great and we will definitely be booking this cabin again for our future stays in Gatlingburg!
Wonderful Cabin
I’ve stayed in several cabins with Elk Springs and they are always very clean and if a problem arises they are quick to answer. This cabin was my favorite so far!!! It was great for our honeymoon!!!
