Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

50th Vow Renewal With Kids And Grandkids
Such a great time with the kids in this cabin. So much fun playing games, swimming and hot tubbing.
Smith Summer Vacation
The cabin was very spacious, clean and had so many things for the family to enjoy. The grandkids spent hours in the pool. as well as the game room. The adults enjoyed the fireplace areas and large rooms.
Great Cabin For Large Group
We had 3 families for a total of 14 people and there was plenty of space. Lots of room to move around each other in the common areas, to be all together in the same space and not on top of each other. Lots of sleeping options for the kids too. Cabin was very clean. My only suggestion would be to take out the “Mountain View” from the description. It is a beautiful wooded view but a very distant mountain is only visible in the far corner of the bocce ball pit area, not from any balcony, window or deck. Maybe some of the other elk springs cabins can see mountains, just not silvercreek. It is still a lovely location though. We also loved the alarms on the gate and door to the pool house.
Soccer Team Haven
For the past several years, our soccer team has stayed in several Elk Spring cabins. These cabins never disappoint! They are clean, well-maintained, have great amenities in each cabin and are a great location for us. We love them, and keep coming back!
Silvercreek Cabin
Silvercreek had a great setup and everyone in our party had space. Kids loved that the game room was downstairs and right by the pool. I loved that the road was paved!! I was a little disappointed with the view, but it was easy to drive into. I loved that it was quiet and we didn't have neighbors on top of us even though we were close together. Would rent again.
Awesome Experience
We wanted to give our family a nice weekend to spend together, enjoy themselves and they totally had that experience with this cabin love the space , the amenities that has to offer , and also good communication very helpful, when we need it the trash to pick up they did it in a promptly matter , love that I recommend it ��.
