Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Mountain House With A Wonderful Movie Theater
This home was well located and in great condition. Our favorite thing was the amazing movie theater. We watched movies each night of our stay.

Clean And Fun!
This is our second time renting through Elk Springs. We really enjoyed this cabin it was clean and large enough for 7 people. The adults could hang out upstairs while the kids slept in the downstairs. It was a little far into the mountains and did not have a view of the Mountains. The road to get to Pigeon Forge was a little windy and steep. If you are nervous about driving in the Mountains (Like me) I would suggest finding a place a little closer to town.

We rented the basswood lodge for my 42nd birthday and our wedding anniversary. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
Just Book It
We took a family vacation, 9 of us that included 2 kids. We had plenty of room to move around and the ability to have privacy when wanted and the ability to all be together as a family when wanted! My G-daughter loved the theater room while my husband and son in laws enjoyed the upstairs pool table.
