Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

firefly lodge was a beautiful cabin with all the comforts of home and then was close to everything we did but far enough away from everyone. the beds were very comfy. We had a few issues with the door lock but when we called someone for help they were quick to respond. Highly recommend this cabin and would definitely stay here again.
Good Place For Family Reunion Get Togather
minor problems with front door lock and the movie room was hot & stuffy ( no windows, a.c, or ventilation ).all else was wonderful.would recommend it too all.

This cabin was awesome! It was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean and simply beautiful. I will definitely request this cabin again when we return next year. Although there are other cabins around it (they aren’t too close) you felt as if you were in your own little world. It was in such a peaceful and quaint location. The staff is simply the best!! I can’t say enough good things about how well we were treated by customer service team. Excellent job to the staff!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this stay. There was a problem with the icemaker but we bought ice and moved on. The beds were comfortable and clean. The cabin was dusted and bathrooms were clean. Couldn’t ask for more.
