Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Our family had a great stay at our cabin Knotty and Nice. The game room and theatre were a big hit with the kids and the adults as well. Very roomy and well maintained. It was very clean and well supplied. We will definitely consider returning here for future vacations. We were very busy during our stay but regretted that we didn’t spend more time at the cabin.
Great Location Between Gatlinburg And Pigeon Forge
Super convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Property was fantastic and the management company was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend for anyone with a large family.
Amazing Experience For Families
Our Elk Springs Experience was incredible. Customer Services were excellent, we enjoyed everything in house and it truly is a one for all experience. The kids enjoyed the games, movies while adults enjoyed the Sauna and Hot Tub and the views of the outdoors. Elk Springs Resort is FAMILY now and we will be back soon!
Family Friendly Fun
We had a great time. The cabin was spacious and well furnished. The hot tub was nice. Kids loved the game room. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc that we needed to cook all week. Location-wise the resort was great. There were a lot of cabins in the resort but it didn’t feel crowded at all. It was close to downtown without having to deal with that noise and traffic. Close to places we wanted to visit. Overall, we had 8 adults and 6 kids comfortably, and we had a great time. Would definitely return again. Thank you!
Perfect Weekend Getawat
My friends and I get together every year during the March Madness tournament as somewhat of an annual reunion. Knotty & Nice was the perfect location with plenty of space for the 12 of us to grill out, enjoy the outdoors, and watch games! We loved being so close to downtown as well to enjoy fun activities and good food.
