Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The Perfect Family Cabin!
The cabin had everything we needed as a family of 5 to enjoy the smokies. The cabin was very big and we had plenty of space. The game tables and hot tub were wonderful to have. Location is great. We will visit again.

Stress Free Vacation
We were blown away when we walked in. It was gorgeous. A few things that took me by surprise: the jetted tub was spotless (you won’t find this at a hotel), all of the dishes were clean (I didn’t have to wash them before I ate on them!) and the hot tub was surprisingly clean! A few things I didn’t like: the crevices in the wooden bed frame were very dusty. Grossed me out. Also after using the hot tub I didn’t know how to turn the jets off and I got very stressed about it and it caused me to stay awake until 1am. Only to find out the jets are just on an automatic timer and they shut off on their own. I wish there was a sign that had said this so I could relax. I thought I had broken it!
