Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We did a girls trip and I can’t explain how awesome this cabin was. We had a small issue after we first arrived but it was our fault and maintenance was over in no time to help us. I would definitely book here again and recommend for others as well.

Mountain Laurel Cabin - Home Away From Home
We especially asked for a unit that didn't take us too far up in the skies and kept us closer to the ground. Mountain Laurel was perfect for what we asked for; location is in the Artisans' Circle which makes it so very convenient to many of the places and activities we engage in on our visits. We loved the space as soon as we entered the homey and attractive, clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities we knew right away we wanted to visit in this one again. Office staff were so helpful and right there for us when needed to walk us through locking/unlocking the front door on our first trip out for dinner, also alerting us to a brief power outage, and kept in touch with regular texts, emails, phone calls. The only features we noticed--and the only reasons we give this a 4 instead of a 5--were the main level bathroom had no safety features in the shower (we're older folks and balance can be a real issue); also part of the wood railing on the back of the wraparound porch was very loose and probably wouldn't sustain anyone leaning against it (if they didn't know it was loose). In light of everything else, however, these were issues we were able to work around without much fuss and had a wonderful time! The check-in and check-out process is also very helpful and makes for a less stressful coming and going. We've enjoyed all of our stays with Elk Springs, but this is one cabin we definitely want to stay in again.
