Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Mountain Laurel Cabin
Our cabin was a perfect fit for our families! The pool table in the theatre room was our favorite spot to be and the jacuzzi was the best spot to relax! From this cabin it was easy to access both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge without major traffic. We would definitely rent this cabin again! The cabin was clean and all amenities were in working order. We did not have a single issue during our week stay. Missing Tennessee already!

Cabin Fun
We have stayed with Elk Spring before, so that helped to make the decision to stay with them again. This was a different cabin, but it was lovely. Our extended family enjoyed staying here as t was their first time to the Smokies. The roads were easy to drive, the cabin was easy to find, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master bath with the fireplace was exceptional. The rooms were perfect in size and accommodated us well. We will be back!
Wonderful Vacation Rental
We had a great stay at Mount Laurel. Elk Springs Resort is private and away from the crowded downtown area but still a close drive to everything. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. Our kids enjoyed the cabin as much as any of the activities in Gatlinburg. The pool table, foosball, movie theater and hot tub were a huge hit. We would definitely stay here again.
