Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Amazing Cabin At An Amazing Location
This is definitely the cabin to stay in if you have the chance. It’s secluded, the views are amazing and it has all the creature comforts you could ask for. Will definitely be back!
Nice Surprise
This is an awesome cabin! About an hour after we got to the cabin we had a bear welcoming us. The bear just walked up the road and around the back of the cabin. The cabin has everything first class, everything has been thought of from a well stocked beautiful kitchen, very comfortable bed, multiple heads shower. Very clean cabin! One the best parts of the cabin is the views.
Breathtaking Views And Luxurious Amenities
My husband and I had a wonderful time. The drive to our cabin, winding up the mountain to find our retreat at the top was thrilling. We couldn’t believe we had the entire cabin for just two people. We had a gourmet kitchen and made dinner every night so we didn’t need to leave! The hot tub was filled fresh just for us and had a fun gaming table also!
Perfect Honeymoon Cabin!
Perfect location up in the smokey mountains! This cabin is great if you don't want to see any other cabins, people, or even cars! Ultimate hideaway. Cabin was clean and even had everything we needed! Awesome display of wildlife also, had a black bear walk right up our driveway and wonder off back into the woods. We will definitely be back!
Amazing Cabin And Amazing Views
My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in April. The cabin is the best one we have ever stayed at. The chef kitchen is amazing to cook in (once we figured out the fancy oven). The rain shower and hot tub were wonderful after a day of hiking. It had a very private feel and the views made us feel like we were right at the foot of the mountains. Very clean and tons of storage! Some noise from the zip lining park next to it but go and do the ziplining and then it just reminds you of the fun you had. Walk around the side of the property and find the hidden fire pit and chairs. We would 100% stay here again!
