Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful Time At Mountain Haven
The cabin is situated with mountain views from the south 1st and 2nd floor porches. The cabin itself has been well maintained, however the hot tub cover was broken, making it impossible to use it. The grill on the second floor needed a grease drip pan. I later found out why there wasn’t any pan in there. One look on the exterior post by the grill told me that bears climbed up there, the grill cabled to the decking would help stop the theft. While we were there we had frequent visits from the local bear population. We loved it.

Awesome cabin and the layout fit our party. Lots of space and intimacy... loved the walk around decks on the upper floors and the mountain views were amazing
We Had A Great Time!
Loved this cabin! The view was incredible and Elk Springs was great in updating us on check-in/check out. Easily accessible and didn't have to deal with any Gatlinburg traffic.
Gorgeous Views
First cabin was beautiful with a great view, but the water didn't work. They were quick to send maintenance out to resolve it, but couldn't. They were quick to find a different cabin for us. This one was an 'upgrade.' The views were beyond gorgeous, cabin was very large, clean, large windows to take on the views, huge wrap around decks on 2 levels to once again take in the gorgeous views. It was a little further out than I would have preferred-20+ min to downtown Gatlinburg and 40 to Sevierville. Had a mama bear and her 2 cubs come up onto the deck one day, that was a neat experience. Will definitely use this company in the future.
Family Fun
Lots of warm family feeling in this cabin. Our teens loved it.
