Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

This cabin has the best views! We were pleased with our stay. Only a couple things need changed. The bed was worn out, the couches downstairs need replaced as they too are worn out. The toilets need to be higher so that people who are handicapped are not struggling.

La cabaña es hermosaaa , justo como luce en las fotos , súper cómoda , grande excelente para pasar unos días en familia o a solas con tu pareja , es muy fácil acceder a la cabaña y nada de peligros solo ir subir suave la loma como dice en la señal a 15 millas , tiene unas vistas espectaculares hacia las montañas , wao la verdad que es absolutamente hermosa la experiencia, la recomiendo mucho , , el jacuzzi está genial súper rico jaja y en tiempo de invierno lo mantienen , es excelente la experiencia no puedo decir otra cosa
Breathtaking
This was hands down one of the best rentals I’ve ever experienced. Everything was clean, in its place, and stocked well with the things that were expected to be there. The views from our cabin were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend Elk Springs Resorts 10/10! I will definitely be back.
What A View!
Usually not terribly crazy about the neighborhood style cabins in general, but this one was totally worth! Great value, breathtaking views, and overall 10/10. Literally nothing to complain about AT ALL. Peace and quiet in November, almost had the whole place to ourselves!
