Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Smoky Sunrise
We loved our cabin! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect. My kids absolutely loved the loft area and you could easily have more than 2 sleep up there. The location was great. Close enough to everything but then we had great views and felt secluded. It was clean. Check in was a breeze. We had an issue at the end of our stay that was beyond anyone's control and it was handled beautifully by management and made right without us even asking. We can't wait for our next stay.
Best Place In The Smokies
We have found our new home away from home. Elk Springs Resort has a great atmosphere, wonderful cabins and amazing views. Also close to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg which is a bonus. This is the place we will stay when visiting the area from now on.
The Best Time!
Perfect, the cabin and views were fantastic. The location was just what we were looking for. The staff even called the 2nd day to make sure everything was going good. We can't wait to go back and will tell all of our friends and family that come to visit (we love about an hour away) to stay here.
Thanksgiving Holiday Getaway
The listing pictures do not do the view justice! Our family of seven recently stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. As we drove into the community, we were greeted by three black bear cubs playing in the trees. It was incredible. The cabin location is great - about 30 min drive to the actual National Park, like 15 min to nearest grocery store. The community was quiet and peaceful - I know the cabins near were occupied, but we never heard anyone. The views are amazing - just sit out on the balcony drinking coffee, or soaking in the hot tub. The cabin itself is clean and comfy, and has everything you would need. I cooked a Thanksgiving dinner, and had no problems. The upstairs has a pool table and foosball table - kids had a blast with that - which was great while mom and dad relaxed in the hot tub. I will definitely come back and stay again in this cabin. We loved it.

While we had an issue w/our original cabin, Mgmnt team was quick to move us to another cabin and we had a wonderful stay. So appreciative of the great customer service.
Awwsome Cain In And Great Service
We went for our 12 anniversary. The cabin was amazing and the view was spectacular. We had a small issue with the jacuzzi and with one quick text it was addressed and fixed immediately. I was very impressed! I would highly recommend!
