Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

We stayed for 6 nights and had the best time! The cabin was exactly as described on the website, and we have already said we would chose to stay here again when we come back to visit!

Stunning
This unit is amazing (Smoky Sunrise 53), the moment we walked into the unit we knew this is it, the place was clean and had what we needed. The views were amazing and we were blessed with perfect weather. We did a quick romantic getaway and it was perfect, there is a king bed 2 full baths, 1 with a jacuzzi tub, 2 big decks and the upper with a hot tub which got plenty of use, morning coffee watching the Sunrise and late night wine sipping watching the stars, meals were always eaten on the decks. There is a game room with a pool table and Foosball and TV and huge windows with amazing views.

Beautiful Cabin And View!
Our cabin was ready for us upon arrival. We were notified prior to arrival that the pull out sofa bed had been damaged and they wouldn’t be able to fix it for our stay, they did provide an air mattress in exchange. The cabin is beautiful and spacious! It has everything you need for an easy vacation. The view is spectacular; we loved being able to wake up to mountains every day and watch the sun rise/set from the hot tub. The cabin was clean but my only complaint is that the windows were very smudged up and needed a better cleaning. All in all, it was fabulous and we would return in the future! The staff is mindful in making sure you are ok.
