"First time here and we stayed for a week. It was a beautiful cabin with awesome views. Hot tub and jetted tub inside. Decor was homey and cozy. I think some with early check in which no one was staying the night before we checked in and asked about early check in but when we called at regular check in they forgot to text us so we didn’t get the early check in. It was mentioned on our reservation agreement about zip lining shows outdoor adventures and more but never heard anything about it. We called it seemed a corporate office with no information given to us. <br/>So just misinformation we received. Everything else great. Bed was kind of hard but we adjusted. But highly recommend "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The Best Cabin And View
This was our first cabin rental and it was perfect. From booking, checking in and checking out,A++. The view is absolutely amazing and the cabin is beautiful and clean. We will definitely be back!
A Wonderful Place To Relax
We spent four nights at the cabin and it is exactly as pictured. The views were magnificent!! We had all of the amenities of home. We had never stayed on this side of the Parkway but I believe we’ve found the perfect spot. We will book again. The cabin is far enough away from the tourist attractions but close enough if you want to enjoy them. Booking with Elk Springs Resort was very easy and they were responsive throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed when staying here.
Happy With It All
The experience was great. We loved the cabin. I did leave a blanket on the couch. Waiting to hear if the cleaner found it. It has to be there tho. I a. Praying it wasn't kept. I loved that blanket so much. If I'm told it wasn't there, I don't think I'll be able to recommend this to another person because I know i don't have it and I did not take it anywhere. It was left on the love seat.
