Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

We went for our 12 anniversary. The cabin was amazing and the view was spectacular. We had a small issue with the jacuzzi and with one quick text it was addressed and fixed immediately. I was very impressed! I would highly recommend!

We had the best experience at this cabin! Incredible views! We would definitely stay here again. The upstairs game room and loft were a big hit with our kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool (short drive up the hill) everyday!

We love Elk Springs Resort at Legacy Mountain! The quality crafted cabins, excellent management, and stunning views are outstanding! This is our second year in a row staying here!
Great Place To Stay
Everything was AMAZING. This was my second time staying in the Legacy Mountain Cabins from Elk Springs. The views are beautiful from every part of the house. If you end up with issues and call the office, they are taken care of quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Breathtaking Views
Very pleased with Smoky Sunrise, was there for our 25th anniversary and had plans to tour the surrounding cities and could not get my husband to leave the cabin. The smoky Mountain Views were astonishing. The cabin was excellent very clean very spacious. The jacuzzi on the top deck was perfect overseeing the mountains. Just absolutely gorgeous. We will be back!
