Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Excellent Cabin
Our cabin was perfect for the two of us. The location was perfect, far enough out to be peaceful and quiet but close enough to enjoy all the action of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The views were absolutely more than we had imagined. The cabin was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our six night stay. The drive up to the cabin is steep and winding but the cabin is well worth the drive. We could not have asked for anything more in a cabin rental and will definitely use Elk Springs Resort and hopefully this cabin again. The staff at Elk Springs Resort was very helpful from the beginning.

Amazing views of the mountains!!! Centrally located to area attractions whether going to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, or Smoky Mountain National Park. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Easy check in/check out. Host responded within minutes.

Everythin was excellent
Great Place To Stay.
Enjoyed our stay cabin was nice. The view was awesome. Only downside they were doing repairs on a cabin next to us and had to listen to the saws a few days.
