Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Great place with awesome view! My only complaint was there was only one chair on the main level deck. We couldn’t both sit out at the same time.
Beautiful Cabin In A Nice Cabin “And Great Company To Book With.
We loved the cabin. Hot tub was great with awesome Mountain View on the upper deck. Kitchen was nice. Jacuzzi tub was absolutely great. Nice dining area and living room. Main king bed very comfortable. Good water pressure. There was enough hot water to almost completely fill the jacuzzi tub. The electric fireplace was nice. Good cell reception. Cabin easy to drive too all roads nicely paved. Literally park right beside your front door. Pool table and foosball were nice. Plenty of linens. Area upstairs where 4-6 kids could sleep in loft. Views from deck were awesome. We wished the wooden partitions were not around the hot tub - they restrict the views just a bit - but I think they are for safety. Porch furniture - mainly the rocking chairs need updated. They are pretty rickety and kind if small but usable. Overall it was amazing worth the money. Felt secluded. The company was so nice and very communicative with lots of texts and emails. I didn’t need anything but felt that if I did they would be prompt to address. Cabin was very clean throughout .
Great Cabin With Beautiful Views
This is our third year staying at Elk Springs Resort and we always have a great experience. This cabin was perfect and had great views. I love the two decks with chairs and a table to sit and relax. The cabin was clean and in a great location. The property management team makes it easy to check in and always calls to check on your day one. We will definitely be staying at this resort again. Highly recommend.
Endless Relaxation
The best customer service experience I have had while renting a vacation home. We did not experience any issues but all of the communication was great before we arrived and while we were there. The cabin was just as advertised. The hot tub was in perfect condition. I have already recommended Elks Springs and Endless Views to friends and family.
Christmas Vacation
Overall it was a great stay. Beautiful views and A peaceful retreat. I’ve stayed at two other different cabins in the same resort and this one was the least updated. It was missing a couple of amenities and accommodations.
