This professionally decorated Luxury Log Cabin sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably. Prefect for all occasions Misty Mountain Lodge features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths.

The cabin is conveniently located just 8 minutes from a major grocery store and pharmacy and is only 15 minutes from the National Park and Dollywood. Plenty of flat and paved parking for your group directly in front of the cabin. FREE WIFI and local/long distance phone for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Cabin was described as secluded with a view. The other cabins were very close and there wasn't a nice view.

Late summer retreat

The Misty Mountain Lodge we just right for our family. We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty to do when we were there. The one comment I would make is the bath towels that were provided were small and not very nice, but other than that I would come back to this resort for another visit.

Best vacation our family has had

My family stayed in the Misty Mountain Lodge the first week in April and we had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and the surrounding area left me speechless. As we came home, we were making a list of things we want to do when we come back!

Family Dream Vacation!!!

I have been to the mountains before and stayed in cabins, but this by far was the best!!! We almost stayed in the cabin the entire vacation and forgot about the things to do outside! The theater room was to die for and the service was prompt!! Thank you Elk Springs, The Hinton's will see you again next year!!!

Much needed vacation

Loved our time in TN cabin was nice we have stayed at other Elk cabins and this one didn't have the view we really wanted. The cabin had wasps that bothered us the whole stay, there were no pot holders in kitchen. Air compressor in ac went out 2 days before our trip was over, but Elk was very accommodating and moved us to a new cabin and extended our stay by a day. Overall our trip was relaxing, enjoyable and we can't wait to come back. We've look at other cabin properties and Elk is by far the most awesome in gatlinburg!

Very Nice Cabin and Relaxing.....Few appliance issues

Our stay at the Misty Mountain Lodge was great. We were a family of 10 and there was plenty of room. The cabin was very clean and neat. However a few of the major appliances need an update. We had many issues with the frig and lost over $150 in groceries. They did replace the frig on the third day after a few attempts to fix it. The dish washer did not really clean the dishes and the washer did not ring out the clothes a few times. The staff that assisted was very polite and they got back to us fairly quickly. Overall once we got past the frig issue our staff was very nice.

Thank you for your review, Julie. We do sincerely apologize for the appliance malfunctions you had to deal with during your stay. Our maintenance staff responds quickly to address any issues you may have during your stay and when they realized that they couldn't repair the fridge, they had to contact the cabin owner to have it replaced. We were not aware that you lost any groceries, as the problem was reported in the morning of 3/20 and the freezer was working at that time, but the coolant lines for the refrigerator were frozen up. Maintenance came back later that afternoon to check it out again and it was frozen again. In the early afternoon on 3/21, they had the new refrigerator installed for you. Your food would have been ok in the freezer side to keep it from spoiling until the new fridge was installed. Again, our apologies for this inconvenience you experienced with your stay. We do hope you will consider a future stay with Elk Springs Resort.
