Description

Relax after a day in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in your own private theater room with 9' Theater Screen and reclining theater seating. Or how about spending 20 minutes in your own private Sauna? Summit Sanctuary features 2 master suites with Jacuzzi tubs and a rain shower as well as third bedroom with Queen over Queen bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 adults. This 3 Bedroom 3 Bath cabin also features a pool table, game table, outdoor hot tub on one of the 3 decks and a Stainless Steel Gas Grill.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Stunning cabins

The cabin looked just like the pictures. The cabin was very spacious, clean, and had a great smell. The cabin pretty much was outstanding! We are in talks of returning for another stay. I have three suggestions. The Cabin starts off with a starter cleaning package. Being that the cabin holds10 people the bag should be more sturdy. The bags were super very thin. Also check out time as 10 am. Thinking a later check out time should be offered even if a few needs to be added. The basement room is very cold, would suggest a much warmer bedding options..Also staff was great rcvd calls with them checking on us s s also not to mention our weekend neighbors were great as well! We were bombed we weren’t able to use our fire place.

Family Retreat

My family and I had a great time. Elk Springs resort is very nice and in a great location near town but not too close and the surrounding cabins are nice as well, overall, a nice little community of rentals. We are definitely planning to stay again. This time we may go bigger and not leave the cabin at all! Elk Springs were great about keeping us informed about weather conditions and the cabin was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Christmas At the Summit Sanctuary

This place was everything we expected and more. It was spotless clean upon arrival. I brought dishes from home that I didn't need, they had everything needed to prepare, cook, and bake. I was worried about the checkin process but it was not a problem, we got the code a hour before arriving. It was an awesome experience and me and my family will definitely be back to create more great memories!

Decent Stay

Extra towels, pillow, blankets are recommended. Early check-in was promised at first, then they were not able to check in at 3. Misguided information over the phone.

We do see that your cabin was ready and the code was sent at 2:47 pm on the day of your arrival, so we are unsure as to why you were not able to check in by 3:00. Awesome in the Hills

More than enough room and great amenities. The kids absolutely love the movie theater and is a good way to end a busy day in Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. foreign up in amounts to get away from it all but close enough to Gatlinburg to be down there in 10 minutes.

Great Place to Stay

Our family loved staying at Summit Sanctuary! Perfectly nestled in the mountains of Gatlinburg and a 20 minute drive from the town center. When everyone arrived they were delighted with the host of features including the hot tub, sauna and movie room. The response time for any issue no matter how minor or serious is amazing. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Clean, pristine and well stocked is how I would describe this cabin. One note of advice, make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry detergent, trash bags and towels. They provide you with a few but it is your responsibility to bring what you need for your stay. If there was one serious criticism it would be that the sofa "bed" was VERY uncomfortable. My husband and I felt so bad for any of the teens or older family members to sleep on it so we took it. We ended up sleeping on the closed sofa because it was so hard and the mattress is very thin. The two queen sized bunk beds and the two private rooms with king beds are sufficient to sleep 8. My aunt and her two teen daughters ended up sharing one of those beds and they had plenty of room. To say this comfortably "sleeps" 10 people is a stretch, unless they sleep on the floor or a sofa, it sleeps more like 8 people. Overall a great place for a great time.

We fell in love with Summit Sanctuary

My family and I have stayed in other cabins in Gatlinburg, however we really loved this cabin. Whenever we come back we will always go with Elk Springs Resorts. Thank you for the experience.

Jordan Family Getaway

Overall it has great. The only issue we had was on Friday and Saturday when we had to call the property management office several times for the loud and intoxicated residents that were travelling together and rented two cabins. We would NOT stay over the weekend again. The description given on the website was very accurate and looked just like the photos provided.

We immediately sent a staff member to the cabin and advised them to quiet down or they would be asked to leave. For future reference, we also want you to be aware that it is ok to call the local sheriff's office after hours to handle loud guests like this. Again, our sincere apologies that you weren't afforded the peace and quiet you were entitled to while being our guests. We hope you will consider a future stay with us and perhaps allow us to find you a cabin a bit more secluded to avoid having something like this reoccur.
