Mountain Magic - Gatlinburg Cabin

Our stay was good except for the bathroom in the bottom bedroom was infested with little ants. I didn't use the shower cause they were all on the shower curtain and bath tub walls, and I wasn't going to try to kill them all and then feel comfortable that one wouldn't fall on me while I was using the facility.

Everything was great like always! The only suggestion would be that the tv's in the bedrooms be upgraded to flat screens. Also we could not get the fireplace to come on. My husband stated it might have already been turned off for the season. Other than those issues we had a wonderful stay and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Staying in Mountain Magic made our most recent vacation in Gatlinburg perfect! We have vacationed several times in Gatlinburg , and we do lots of traveling all over the country, usually staying in Time Shares, and this cabin was by far more luxurious and spacious than any we have stayed in! Our two teenagers were excited to each have their own floor, complete with their own private bedroom and bathroom, and we really enjoyed the pool table and HUGE flat screen tv. We deliberately didn't do a lot in town at night so that we could be back "home" , playing pool and watching movies together. This house is perfect for a large family, two families, or a family and grandparents. It will actually sleep 12. The large washer and dryer were a nice addition, as they are usually very small in Time Shares. The maintenance man was very helpful, coming out on Sunday to bring us a remote for the Flat Screen that was missing. We will plan our future visits to Gatlinburg around our new favorite place, Elk Springs Resort and Mountain Magic!

The cabin made for a wonderful family vacation place. But this cabin is better suited for a family of six people or less. We had nine. The dining room could only seat six comfortably and the bar in the kitchen wasn't built to eat at. But the pool table, hot tub and the cabin itself helped to make up for the dining issue.

Had a very comfortable experience at the Mountain Magic cabin with our family of six adults, teens and tweens!Clean, organized and fully stocked with necessary supplies, and convenient to Gatlinburg and surrounding activities...we will come again and use Elk Springs Resort.

Overall our stay was very good and it will be a great memory for our family. A couple of things prevented me from giving it the full 5 stars. 1) The cabins on the property are very close together-- closer than perhaps is shown in the web pictures. 2) Property is getting a little 'tired' and could use a little carpet cleaning, exterior cleaning, window/door maintenance. 3)While the cabins are well equipped from an amenity standpoint, you need to pack like you are going camping, including packing basic cleaning supplies like countertop cleaners, trash bags, coffee filters. You forget any of these and you're headed to the store...again.

We had a great time, and the cabin was amazing! The customer service was the best ever! We had an issue locking our door the first night, and someone responded immediately in person. Turned out that it was user error! We had a couple of other issues, one with the big screen cable box and another with a leaking toilet. Both were corrected immediately. It didn't matter what time we called, we got results! The cabin was super clean, and even better than we expected! We will definitely use again and highly recommend!

It was very easy to book this cabin. I was sent numerous emails concerning check-in and accommodations . The cabin was ready before the check-in time. We had a great time here!
