Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Perfect Cabin For The Family
The Mountain Laurel cabin at Elk Springs was exactly as the photos showed. This was the perfect size home for our family and the amenities were just as described. The large porches and the theatre was great and we enjoyed them both. The location is perfect. You are on the mountain but a quick 10 minute drive to town. It was so peaceful and relaxing. My family and I are already planning our trip for next spring. Thank you Elk Springs.

Quiet, easy to access location. Clean cabin. 10 minutes from Gatlinburg with great local shops and restaurants on the way.
Making Memories
This was our annual cousins trip and this year was the best trip ever Our cabin was awesome. Plenty if room for everyone and very ckean.
Nice Cabin In Great Location
We loved this cabin. It was clean and neat with plenty of space. Having 3 bedrooms with comfortable king beds and each having a bathroom was great. The location to everything we were doing was great. The resort personal was on top of everything and sent helpful texts including a great map with directions.
Family Getaway
The house was nice and perfect for what we needed. We cooked breakfast and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Each level has a bedroom with a private bathroom which was great; however you have to go through a bedroom to get to the bathroom if you are hanging out on that level or go up the stairs to your level. Parking was a little tight for a truck but an SUV or van would fit fine. Hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.
