Enjoy a fire outdoors in your fire pit, or gather indoors in your theater room with 9 foot theater screen, play a game of pool on the pool table or fire up one of the arcade games! (Multicade, Crusin USA). Many upgrades in this cabin including granite counter tops, woodburning fireplace in great room, fireplaces in each bedroom and smoker on the deck.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

So Relaxing
My stay was awesome. The home was absolutely immaculate. The sound of the water was so relaxing . We had about 2 bear sightings, which was awesome for us. This is a must stay property. It is centrally located (about 20 minutes from main attractions). Close enough to visit but far enough not to be bothered by it.

We loved talking waters. The view of the water was great and we loved the cabin. It was perfect for our family stay. We will definitely be back.

Mini-Vacation
We had a great time. The cabin is about 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg but we liked being away from all the commotion. The cabin was spacious.
Peaceful
I had an amazing stay. We never left the cabin. The stream was so peaceful. The hot tub was so nice. The children loved the games and theater. I enjoyed all of it. The only thing I didn't like was leaving so soon.
Beautiful Cabin And Location
Easy check in and check out. Very comfortable and spacious cabin. The creek is absolutely stunning. This cabin was AMAZING! We didn’t even care to go into Gatlinburg, bc we loved being at the cabin. We have 3 small kids so definitely had to make sure they were inside and doors were locked when we were right with them outside, but they loved the stream! We had one small projector/dvd issue and the elk springs resort employees were super quick and fast to respond and help!! We will definitely be renting again!
