Escape to the mountains and enjoy relaxing on your covered deck with sights and sounds of the Webb Creek. Enjoy a fire outdoors in your fire pit, or gather indoors in your theater room with 9 foot theater screen, play a game of pool on the pool table or fire up one of the arcade games! (Multicade, Crusin USA). Many upgrades in this cabin including granite counter tops, woodburning fireplace in great room, fireplaces in each bedroom and smoker on the deck.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Nice Cabin
Cabin was clean, in a nice area, about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg’s strip. Elk Springs were fast responding to any complaints or help needed. Game room is huge compared to pictures, kids and adults were in there if we weren’t out in town. Would recommend and stay again.
Awesome Place To Stay
We had an amazing time! This was a fantastic place to stay for our family of 5 (including 3 young kids). The house was clean, the setting was beautiful, and it was nice not having to worry about mountain drop offs or stairs with a toddler running around. The location was ~15-20 min from downtown Gatlinburg and about 30-40 from Pigeon Forge, so there was a little driving involved with sight seeing. That wasn't a big deal though, and it was great having this cabin to come back to in the evenings. It was clean, comfy, and cozy. Agree beds were noisy, but not a deal breaker for sure. Staff was very accessible and called to check that we made it in OK. Easy to access as well. Would stay again and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at "Talking Waters" cabin. The only thing I would improve would be the mattress on the beds.The staff was super friendly and courteous..loved our stay with Elk Springs Resort!

Away From The Crowd
Excellent place to stay. You are not secluded here. It is actually located in a small neighborhood. Once you are inside you forget about the neighbors! We will stay here again!
