Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Beautiful Cabin
This property is so beautiful and well maintained. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the creek. The theater room was really nice. Watching movies on the big screen was awesome. It is the perfect couples get away. Really appreciated the phone call to make sure everything was okay. I would love to visit this cabin again.
Kiss On The Creek
Property was great. Would recommend a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a larger ironing board. Also need an additional light on the porch.(Not well lit at night)
Perfect Anniversary Getaway
This cabin was perfect for me and my wife. The creek right in the back yard is so peaceful to listen to while laying down in the bed. Could've have asked for a better anniversary getaway.
Beautiful Cabin
Staying in ESR properties we've always wanted to try a creekside cabin..Kiss on the creek was the perfect choice, cabin was absolutely amazing, sitting by the fire on the back porch in the hot tub listening to the creek was heaven..very clean and well stocked cabin, theater room was a huge plus..ESR as always called to assure we were satisfied and asked if we needed anything..great location & easy to get to..highly recommend & as always we will definitely be back soon!!
Great Stay
This has been our favorite Elk Springs location yet. The theater room with the recliners was the most used feature of the property. There were few things that were broken in the cabin and some trash that was not picked up. Nothing that really impacted our stay (couple broken blinds, chair that was wobbly, and some candy wrappers in the cup holders of the recliners).This cabin is a distance from everything, but is in a quiet residential area. It was actually nice staying away from the hustle and bustle. The main road is very close by. The fire places in and outside where great and we had plenty of firewood. I would definitely stay there again. We usually come tearly and have been looking for the perfect cabin to rent every year. This has been the best one yet. Elk Springs, when you build the next cabin, build it exactly like this with a spa tub and it will have everything I need.
Great Cabin!
Cabin was ready when we showed up. It was clear and well maintained. We had 2 bad weather days that kept us off the trails, but still had an amazing time using the theater room, hot tub and fireplace. Highly recommend this cabin!
