Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Cabin In A Convenient Location
The check in experience was flawless. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. It was bigger in person than I thought it would be. The view was perfect. The amenities were perfect. The only issues we experienced were some water dripping from the ceiling downstairs and the fireplace didn't work. Maintenence person didn't seem too concerned about it so I brushed it off. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. Overall, wonderful experience.
Absolutely Perfect
This cabin was beyond perfect. It’s a great location, not too far from Gatlinburg which is our favorite. It’s HUGE!! Both couches let out into beds which was great for the kiddos, they loved the movie room and game room a lot. The view is breathtaking & our last morning there we looked out and seen a mama n two bear cubs, it made our whole trip. Loved the hot tub and beds are comfy, I’d definitely recommend this cabin.

This was a WONDERFUL family cabin with dishes towels etc. my boyfriend, two kids (5&3) and I were amazed at all the things to do. We could’ve stayed the whole week just in the cabin and had an amazing time! Highly recommend
Misty Ridge
A wonderful place in a great location. We initially had issues with the air conditioning, but the maintenance crew brought us window units until the central air could be fixed. Great customer service. Because of how they handled this issue I would recommend renting from them regardless of which cabin you choose. Plenty of space for the 5 of us with amazing views.
Misty Ridge Cabin For The Win!
Our family of 5 stayed in the Misty Ridge Cabin for one full week in June. We LOVED this cabin and look forward to renting from Elks Spring Lodge in the future! Our teenagers loved the game room/loft and hot tub. There were plenty of things to keep the family busy: pool table, arcade machine, air hockey table, theater area and hot tub. No one was bored and all equipment was in great shape. The master bedroom has a fantastic mountain view and the Jacuzzi tub was used daily! We were a very short drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making this cabin very conveniently located. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning.
