Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Family Getaway For Thanksgiving
We had a great time getting away from it all for Thanksgiving! My teenage daughters, my wife, and I had a great time with the game room and theater room. The hot tub was refreshing in the cool evenings and mornings.
Great Stay
Wonderful week spent at a gorgeous cabin in a really nice development. You have neighbors but it doesn't feel like it. Amazing view of the mountains!
Very clean cabin with well stocked kitchen. Cleaning crew leaves a few rolls of TP and paper towel, plus dishwasher tablets. Make sure to bring more with you! Bring coffee filters, large basket style. This might have been outlined somewhere for us, but I missed it!

Dollywood
We had another nice visit and stay with ELK SPRINGS CO. Truthfully nothing to complain about. Just wish there was another bathroom on the main instead of my mom having to go down to the basement to the bathroom a few times. I’m was just an inconvenience for her mainly because the bathroom on the main floor was in the bedroom where my aunt and uncle were.
Definitely A Must Stay
The cabin was clean and welcoming with such beautiful views. The pictures were accurate. Staff was nice and even called to see if we settled in okay and needed anything. I will be staying here again in the future !!
Beautiful Cabin And Vacation Experience!
This cabin is gorgeous and lived up to its description online. The views were just captivating! This was the first time I rented a cabin for my family sight unseen. It turned out to be a great experience! Customer service was quick to help us out with anything we needed. I would recommend this rental to everyone and we will certainly return again in the future. It is close to the National Park and all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Such a beautiful and fun area to vacation.
