Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Easiest cabin to drive too! Close to Food City, downtown Gatlinburg, Margaritaville Island, and the art district. EXTREMELY clean and well maintained!!! Hot tub was AMAZING!! Highly recommend!!!
Fantastic Property And Service
Loved the cabin. I've found that many cabins in the area just aren't well taken care of - but i've rented with Elk Springs in the past and they have always been clean and in good condition. Their customer service team is excellent and the cabin was a good value - not loaded with fees like other companies.
Comfortable, Clean Cabin
The cabin was very nice. The bed was comfortable which allowed for a great sleep. We did not use the hottub, fireplace, grill, or the stove. Finding the Resort was difficult using our GPS but once we found it the cabin was easy to locate. Some roads are narrow and most are very curvy. I would have prefered the water in the shower to be hotter - the handle could not be turned hot enough for me. When they mention "a started supply of toilet paper" they mean it - there was 1.5 rolls for the 2 of us for 3 nights which was NOT enough. For what we paid per night, I think a couple extra rolls should be provided. One other thing - we could not lock the front door of the cabin whenever we left. Finally, the property management of Elk Springs Resort was very helpful, friendly, and professional.
