Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful Vacation Cabin
This is a beautiful cabin. Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of room for the whole family to relax and enjoy. The kitchen allowed ample space to cook meals and there was plenty of seating to sit down and eat. The only complaint I have is that we could have used a little more seating in the family room area. There was just one couch. Not really a complaint though because everything was so spacious and clean. We plan to return in the future.

Me and my family loved the cabin! We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and my sister-in-law’s birthday and it was enough room for everyone nobody was sitting on top of each other we really liked the hot tub we loved the pool table and we loved that the location was so serene we definitely will be staying again at this cabin or another cabin if available at Elk Springs! Me and my family love Elk Springs Resort and I heard so many good reviews about it but I’m so glad that we actually got to experience it for ourselves!

The cabin itself was amazing! The front desk staff very helpful when we had a leak due to heavy rain. The only issue we had was their email system and text alerts. They kept sending us at least 3 emails saying we could stay and extra night as well as a text that answered us back saying “good news your cabin is available another night. “We would have lived to stay longer but the text and emails are terrible from the resort, basically make sure you reserve exactly the nights your want to stay and don’t expect any available after that.
