The only feedback was that the shower/tub water valves leaked. Several attempts bu maintenance was sent out to address but wasn't successful. No big problem...One Positive Comment was expressed that they had ant problem and y'all took care of it although it was around 11:00pm and even left can of repellent in case it would be needed.<br/>Serenity group did good, except they mentioned something about a wall receptacle plate broken and it was found that way upon arrival. All said, they were very well pleased and enjoyed their stay in both Lodges."

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The pictures don't do this cabin justice. It was roomy and quiet and convenient to groceries, gas and the trolley to Gatlinburg. After a day of hiking in the Smokies, the hot tub was a welcome treat. Would definitely come back.

Grin And Bear It Is A Beautiful Getaway!
We love the location and have rented a larger unit on the same ridge. Absolutely beautiful structure. Gas fireplace is simple to use and warms the whole place up very quickly. Beds are firm memory foam type, which we love and made for a great nights sleep. Hot tub was wonderful in the cool night air. Timed rope lights gave it a soft glow in the gazebo. We can’t wait to come back!

Was an amazing time spent in the Smokey Mountains area. Great cabin with everything you need. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
