Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Serenity Was A Real Treat
When we pulled up to the cabin we were impressed. It was a lot bigger in person. The drive up was a bit steep but manageable and we were able to cram 4 cars in The parking space. It was tight and a bit challenging to back in at night but we handled it. The beds were amazing, the game room was great, the wives loved the hot tub and the husbands loved the theater room and card table. The main floor bedroom was the nicest and i wish I stayed in it ha. Downstairs was nice and cool and dark. Kids slept in every day. The kitchen was well equipped and efficient and the island bar was perfect for spreading out for meals. I would come back and stay here often if it was closer ha ha. 11 hour drive was the only bad part of our stay. Thank you again!
Love It. We Will Be Back Again
First time in the Smoky Mountain and my family loved it. We will definitely be back. Cabin was clean and any time maintenance was called they came right away. Perfect amount of space for 13 people. That children really loved the game and the theater room. The perfect screen for the kids to play your PlayStation and for movie nightWe will be back again.
Love Elk Springs
We love staying at Elk Springs. My friends and I take our annual couples trip here. They only downside to our trip this year was we couldn’t get the media working in the theater. By the time someone came it was time for us to go to bed.

Wonderful And Relaxing Stay At Serenity Lodge
We had a great time insuring our stay at Serenity Lodge. The location was perfect as it was just outside of all the hustle and bustle of town, but still in close proximity to all the activities we wanted to do. Nothing was more than 15 mins away. The cabin was perfect for 2 families (4 adults/4 kids). We didn’t use 2 of the rooms, so it was more cabin than we needed, but it was nice to be able spread out. The kitchen had everything you would need and everything was in working order. The cabin was also very clean. We spent a lot of time in the game room and in the theater. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, but it didn’t feel like the neighbors were right on top of each other. There is a nice forest area on 2 sides of the cabin. We would definitely stay at Serenity Lodge again.
Best Family Vacation Ever!
Our 4 night stay at Serenity Lodge was amazing. The location was great and finding it was easy. Shopping was convenient. Once we arrived and entered the cabin, we knew we were in for a treat. The cabin was exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed and very comfortable.Actually the pictures don't do it justice. There were 14 of us and there was enough space for family members to enjoy "me" time. We cooked most of our stay.Everything we needed for cooking was available. We called for help with a couple of needs on how to operate the theatre room. The responses were quick. I would recommend Elk Springs Resort. This will be my second time staying at the Resort and both experiences were great. Make sure you bring lots of dvds.
