Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

They Are An Email Away
When we arrived the toiler paoer dispenser was off the wall in one of the bathrooms, the refrigerator was a little dirty, and the light fixer over the pool table was cracked. I emailed Elk Springs and everything was corrected in a few hours. The customer service was on point. I would book with the cabin rental again.

Loved It!
Our family of 6 stayed at Cowboy way and it was AWESOME! The host was super responsive to any question and the cabin was clean and stocked with dishes and cook wear we needed. There was no full length mirror--so that is one thing I would add. Also the gas gill needed some cleaning. I wish I had known how HIGH we were up the mountain--my nerves doing up and down each day were a bit frazzled!!! One time we went up after dark and it was a bit scary --our 16 year old said it was cool! LOL! So I wonder if it lists if cabins are high or in valley somewhere I missed? Even though I was a bit nervous going up and down the mountain it felt so secluded! It felt like SO private!!!! Which I liked

Great For A Family Of 4 (Would Be Tight For More Than That)
Overall we loved our stay! While there was plenty of bedroom and bathroom space (and theater room/basement area), the kitchen area was so crammed with furniture it would not work for more than the 4 of us. They have too big of a kitchen table for the space (can't open the patio door without moving chairs; can't sit at the table without moving chairs and squeezing through). Other than that, the place was great. Big nice deck, hot tub, and pool table were wonderful!

Family spent quality time together in the perfect space. Everyone had their own space to retreat to and then great space to hang out with everyone as well.
