Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Quiet, Beautiful, Relaxing
Fantastic place to stay. The only thing was the water pressure was awful and water in shower wasn’t hot . Had to take a quick warm shower before temp ran out. Grill ... yikes .... Other than that place is spectacular . Spacious . Movie theater was fantastic .
Hilltop Hideaway
We have been booking cabins with Elk Springs for several years. They consistently do a fantastic job. The cabins are exceptionally clean and well kept. Their customer service is above and beyond helpful. Hilltop Hideaway was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). The theater room was a highlight for the kids.
Amazing Stay!
My vacation rental was everything I had hoped for and more! Not only did we have everything we needed at our rental (like plates, cooking utensils, towels, entertainment, etc) but the spot that it was located in within Elk Springs Resort was so gorgeous, I already want to come back.
Girls Getaway
Our experience was amazing. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The movie theater and sauna was a great addition and very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. it was a little difficult to find.

Great Weekend Getaway
The cabin is Beautiful! 3 levels were Perfect for our crew! The downstairs was the Perfect little getaway for the kids! There is a lot of centipedes in the downstairs bathroom! But other than that, the cabin was Wonderful!
