Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Great Stay!
We had a great time, we had to check in a couple of hours late due to it not being ready but besides that it was a great stay. Grill worked great, would recommend updating theater rooms to handle more inputs or screen cast. We loved the cabin!
Great Place To Stay!
This was a great cabin! We had a wonderful stay here. The views are breathtaking. The movie room was a lot of fun- especially since we got to watch Maverick again on the big screen! LOVED LOVED LOVED the very deep jetted tubs and the hot water for a good soak after walking all day! Customer support for Elk Springs is available 24/7 by text and we love that anytime we have a question someone is right there within minutes with an answer! We frequent Gatlinburg 2-3 times a year and will definitely be staying at an Elk Springs Cabin in the future.

The lodge was perfect. Close to activities and nice resort area.
Much Needed Getaway
We stayed 2 nights in Hilltop Hideaway. The cabin was clean, comfortable and neat. The staff called to make sure everything was going well. Upgrading the size of the tvs is my only recommendation. We will definitely return.
Paradise In The Smoky'S
Loved this cabin. Close to Gatlinburg yet far enough away to feel like your in the mountains. We stayed 3 nights. The Home Theater was awesome! A movie theatre in your own cabin! Hot Tub, Pool Table & Large 2nd floor wrap around deck were all amazing too. Never got around to trying out the Sauna, Ran out of time. You could stay in this cabin and never leave it your entire visit and still have an excellent time in Gatlinburg! Worth the price!
Best Birthday Stay Ever!
I HAD AN AWESOME TIME!Everything was just like the pictures. I will say that I was a little disappointed that our driveway was not paved making it hard to drive up the hill without our car sliding. Other than that, we had a great time! I definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone! The staff was amazing and kept in touch with me everyday. They made me feel like family. My guest and I really enjoyed this trip!
