Enter on the main level into the great room where there is 20 feet of glass overlooking the wooded valley. With comfortable seating for 5, you can enjoy the fireplace or go up to the loft and play a game of pool. The full kitchen and dining room adjoin the great room where there is seating for 6 including the breakfast bar. A washer / dryer is included for your convenience.
Also on the main level is the suite and suite bath with king sized bed with upgraded mattress as well as rustic yet luxury furnishings including the true stacked logs as well as the 4x6 ceiling beams.
Upstairs next to the loft pool table area is a full suite with king sized bed and full private bath for privacy. Admire the vaulted ceilings and finish work in this lofted bedroom.
Outside on the wrap around covered deck are a hot tub and gas grill. Flat paved parking can accommodate a motorcycle trailer.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Relaxing Weekend!
The cabin was exactly right for the 4 of us. We were close enough to any activity we could want to do with the option of remaining at the cabin and reading a book on the peaceful porch.
The Best Cabin After 5 Trips ��
The cabin itself was very welcoming.Clean and well kept.I really enjoyed the fact that everything was working.The wifi was a plus for children were entertained while I finished up working.The hot tub was warm for me when I arrived.The drive was not to steep at all.You want go wrong with elksprings.The host was very informative as well and on stand by if needed.
Rascal’S Retreat
We were very pleased to arrive at our cabin and find it to be everything we had expected it to be. This was our first time staying in Rascal’s Retreat, and found it to be very welcoming and homey. Since we had our pet Maltese with us, we put a pet gate across the stairs and stayed downstairs. The king bed was comfortable, and we slept well. I’m a bit of a clean freak and was well pleased to sleep on crisp, clean sheets and to find the whole cabin to be clean, including the bathtub and floors. We were there for four days for the Smokey Mountain Gathering, and enjoyed having a quiet, peaceful place to rest between events. It is close to downtown events , yet out of the hustle and bustle for a good night’s rest. The keyless checkin and checkout were amazing features. . We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.
Amazing Get Away
The cabin was perfect for our family! The scenery was breath-taking and the cabin was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about the cabin from having a hot tub, to a pool table, to a grill. Such a relaxing place to get away.
Fantastic Cabin
We've vacationed for the last 30 plus years in Gatlinburg. Now that we've found Elk Springs Resort it's the only cabins we rent. They are always clean and the staff is excellent to deal with.
