Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

A Nice Smoky Mountain Cabin!
An ideal location in Gatlinburg tucked away from town nestled among the trees. The bears here will keep you entertained too. Extremely clean, comfortable and neat. The management team at Elk Springs Resort is outstanding!
Absolutely A Great Place To Relax!!!!
We enjoy our visits to Gatlinburg and the national park. The Rascals Retreat is a very nice and spacious cabin. We have stayed in this pet friendly cabin many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable and accessible to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. A great place to stay!!! We definitely recommend this cabin!!!!!
Escape From The Daily Grind
We had a great time staying here. The cabin was cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The hot tub after a day of hiking or walking downtown was perfect. The only downside is we didn't have a full view of the mountains. Next time we will book one of the higher cabins.
Nice Place To Stay!
This was a nice cabin to stay in for a week in the Smokey Mountains. We stayed in March, so the trees were bare and we could see the mountains. This cabin is away from the noise so I enjoyed the birds and wildlife every morning. Shops and restaurants are only a 10-15 drive. The cabin comes equipped with all your needed appliances but be sure to stock up on coffee filters, tp, laundry detergent, etc. The cabin felt clean overall. We did find a clump of hair in our master bed and changed the comforter out. I know things happen but the bed comforter had lots of hair throughout the fabric. I appreciate that the hot tub was drained and refilled-even if that meant it wasn’t fully hot when we checked in. The bathrooms are large and have good water pressure and beds decently comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub each night and watched for shooting stars. If we return to Gatlinburg we would stay here again.
Great Location
Had an awesome time. Beutiful view from deck and hot tub. Quiet area. Cabin had all the amenities we needed. Food city right down the road. Gatlinburg about 10 min. Away. We will be back soon.
