Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Perfect Location.
Loved the location of the cabin outside of Gatlinburg. The inside was beautiful and well maintained. The outside deck left a bit to be desired. The deck railing was very loose between the turret and the grill ... looked like the entire rail was replaced except that last section....not sure why!

Cozy Cabin!
This cabin was perfect for my husband and I! It was clean and comfortable with a fairly well stocked kitchen (pots/pans, plates etc but no salt/pepper, condiments). We loved the hot tub on the deck! The location was perfect - just a few minutes from the grocery store (by car) and 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. Would recommend!
Elk Springs Cabin
It was nice but different to just go to the cabin and type in a code and not have to go into an office before going to my cabin. It had everything we needed, from hot tub to washer/dryer. From the picture it looked more secluded and looked like it was not that close to the road
