Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Everything was perfect My family had the best get away
No Cable
This cabin is beautiful, great location, however my only complaint during my stay is the cable was out and could not be fixed until after I departed. I felt that was a bit unreasonable as I had a child.
Great Time @ A Desire Fulfilled
My wife and I planned a long weekend getaway. The rental was exactly as described, so we are completely satisfied. The process to rent, sign agreements, get access and check out was simple. Also was able to stay connected with the property manager for any questions.
Upgraded Soccer Adventure
We loved this place! We travel often for soccer and dance and typical stay at your average hotel. We are so glad we chose this place. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Comfy feel, clean and perfect for hanging out with pool table, hot tub, foosball. We were able to easily visit all the local attractions and restaurants, but honestly looked forward to getting back at night so the family could hang out! We would definitely visit again.
Perfect Place For A Honeymoon
We stayed in A Desire Fulfilled for our honeymoon. While there are multiple cabins on the mountain, we were in a very private location. The cabin itself is beautiful. The views were wonderful while cooking in the kitchen. The fireplaces, hot tub, jacuzzi, and waterfall shower were incredible! Everything about our stay was as perfect as could be. We were close to a grocery store, gas station, shopping, etc., but still felt we were secluded.
