Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Better Than Advertised!
Our first cabin rental for vacation anywhere, so naturally I was a little skeptical of the photos and amenities being “oversold”! Boy was I wrong, if anything, they understated the view and features. Far enough away from the lights of the attractions to provide privacy & solace, but close enough to be convenient for anything you would choose to do. We hit at peak foliage and the vistas were breathtaking. The amenities and provisions of the cabin were as advertised or better. Sometimes you expect the “lesser” appliances, but they were full sized, in perfect working order and more than met our needs. We received all of the appropriate communication before and during our stay, with one very minor item mentioned on their first call. They promptly attended to the matter, texting when it was completed as we were out of the cabin, and later texted to verify our satisfaction with the remedy. This unit would be perfect for any season! We highly recommend and will certainly book here again.

The views of the mountains were amazing. The entire experience was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff was genuine and helpful, and even made sure that we made it to the cabin. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

My Moonstruck Honeymoon
It was a very relaxing and fun stay with beautiful views! It's very private but not a far drive local food and shopping. As well as things to do. I had so fun playing pool with my husband and unwinding in the jacuzzi. I'm looking for to staying in the future. It was so worth it!
